Every Brivision order is packed by hand in our Prahran studio and dispatched with trusted couriers who understand fragile, high-value pieces. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Domestic shipping
We ship Australia-wide from Monday to Friday. In-stock orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day, with most metropolitan deliveries arriving within two to five business days. Regional and remote addresses may take a little longer, and we will always share tracking details once your order leaves our studio.
Complimentary freight over $500
Standard domestic shipping is complimentary on all orders of $500 or more. For orders below this threshold, a flat freight rate applies and is calculated at checkout. Oversized items such as large chandeliers and multi-drop pendants may attract a tailored freight quote, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.

Lead times
In-stock decorative and architectural pieces ship within one to two business days. Items held at our suppliers are generally available within two to three weeks. If a product is on backorder, the expected date is shown on the product page and confirmed in your order acknowledgement.
Bespoke & made-to-order
Bespoke commissions and made-to-order finishes are crafted specifically for you. Typical production runs from six to twelve weeks depending on scale, materials and finishing. Your dedicated consultant will provide a firm schedule at sign-off and keep you updated at each milestone, from prototype to final dispatch.
White-glove delivery & installation
For statement pieces and larger projects, we offer a white-glove service across metropolitan Melbourne. Our team manages careful transport, room-of-choice placement, unpacking and removal of all packaging. Licensed installation can be arranged on request so your lighting is positioned and commissioned correctly the first time.
International orders
We ship to selected international destinations and welcome trade and project enquiries from overseas. International freight is quoted individually based on destination, weight and dimensions. Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our quotes. Contact our team for a tailored shipping estimate.
