Orders
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website, by phone on +61 3 9132 5177, or in person at our Prahran showroom. For project or trade orders, our team can prepare a tailored quote and manage the order for you.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Stock orders can usually be amended or cancelled before they are dispatched, so please contact us as soon as possible. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces enter production once confirmed and cannot be cancelled after that point.
Products
Are your lights compatible with Australian wiring and standards?
Yes. Our lighting is supplied to suit Australian voltage and is selected to meet relevant Australian electrical standards. We always recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Do your fittings include globes and dimming options?
Globe inclusion varies by product and is noted on each product page. Many of our pieces are dimmable when paired with a compatible driver or dimmer; if you are unsure, our team can confirm the right combination for your space.
Can I see a piece in person before buying?
Absolutely. Our Prahran showroom displays a wide selection of our range, and we are happy to arrange a viewing of specific finishes by appointment.
Bespoke
Do you create custom and bespoke lighting?
We do. From adjusting the scale and finish of an existing design to developing an entirely original piece, our studio works with you from concept through to installation. Begin with a consultation and we will scope the brief together.
How long does a bespoke commission take?
Most bespoke pieces are completed within six to twelve weeks, depending on complexity, materials and finishing. Your consultant will provide a firm schedule at sign-off and keep you updated throughout.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Standard domestic shipping is complimentary on orders of $500 or more. Smaller orders attract a flat freight rate calculated at checkout, and oversized pieces may be quoted individually. See our Shipping & Handling page for full details.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. We offer white-glove delivery across metropolitan Melbourne and can arrange licensed installation on request, so your lighting is placed and commissioned correctly the first time.
