Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be genuinely happy with your lighting. If something is not right, here is how we will make it so.

Lighting is a considered purchase, and we know it sometimes needs to be seen in place to be certain. Our returns policy gives you room to decide while keeping every piece in showroom condition for the next home it lights.

30-day returns on stock items

In-stock decorative and architectural pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To begin, simply contact our team within that window and we will guide you through the process. Return freight for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer; where an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we cover it in full.

Condition requirements

To be accepted, returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, undamaged packaging with all components, fittings and documentation included. We are unable to accept pieces that have been wired in, modified or show signs of use. Each return is inspected on arrival before a refund or exchange is confirmed.

Bespoke & custom items

Because they are made specifically for you, bespoke commissions, made-to-order finishes, cut-to-length linear systems and custom LED mirrors are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This is confirmed at the time of order. Naturally, if a custom piece arrives faulty or not as specified, we will repair, replace or remake it without charge.

How to start a return

Get in touch

Email sales@brivision.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will confirm eligibility and next steps.

Pack with care

Repack the piece in its original carton and protective materials, including all fittings, components and documentation.

Send it back

We will issue return instructions. Once your piece arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund or exchange.

Refunds & exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear. For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement piece as soon as the returned item is cleared, and let you know if any difference in price applies.

This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not affected by anything stated here.
